By using Videolyti (videolyti.com), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part, don't use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Videolyti.

Videolyti is a free online service for: • Downloading videos from public sources (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, Reddit) • AI transcription of video to text using OpenAI Whisper • Converting videos to different formats The service is provided "as is" with no warranties of availability, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to use Videolyti only for: • Downloading videos for personal, non-commercial use • Downloading content you have lawful rights to • Lawful purposes that don't infringe third-party rights You agree NOT to: • Download copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder • Resell, redistribute, or monetize downloaded content • Use the service for spam, bots, or automated requests • Circumvent technical limits or security mechanisms • Use the service for anything illegal • Violate source platform terms of service

Videolyti respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from users. We: • Do NOT store downloaded videos on our servers • Do NOT host third-party content • Act as a technical tool, similar to a web browser • Remove functionality when we receive lawful takedown requests YOU are fully responsible for: • Checking that you have the right to download content • Copyright compliance • How you use what you download

Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to copyright infringement notices. To file a DMCA notice, email dmca@videolyti.com with: • Your signature (physical or electronic) • Description of the copyrighted work • URL of the infringing content • Your contact information • A good faith belief statement • A statement under penalty of perjury We handle requests within 24–48 hours. The free plan includes: • 5 downloads per day (resets every 24 hours) • AI transcription for all downloads • Video quality up to 1080p We reserve the right to: • Change limits without notice • Block IP addresses for abuse • Terminate access for violations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We don't guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free availability • Compatibility with every platform or device • Accuracy of AI transcription • Retention of downloaded files • Absence of malicious code in downloads You use the service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Videolyti and its owners, employees, and partners are NOT liable for: • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages • Loss of data, profits, or reputation • Copyright infringement through your use of the service • Violation of source platform terms • Actions or omissions of third parties • Any damages exceeding what you paid for the service ($0) Some jurisdictions don't allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Videolyti and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, costs, and lawsuits (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: • Your use of the service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of third-party rights • Content you download This obligation survives after you stop using the service.

These Terms are governed by EU law. Disputes are resolved: 1. By negotiation (30 days) 2. Through mediation 3. In competent EU courts EU residents can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We may immediately terminate or suspend your access without notice and without liability for: • Violating these Terms • Abusing the service • Law enforcement requests • Any reason at our discretion After termination, the liability and indemnification sections still apply.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

We can change these Terms at any time. We'll post material changes on this page with an updated date. If you keep using the service after changes are posted, that means you accept the new Terms.
